Having cyclist travelling with a tent in mind, we list camping sites that are situated close to the Moselle cycle path here:

Campingpark Treveris: Situated near the Moselle 1 km upstream (Trier).

9 mi, Schweich (L)

Campingplatz Kreusch: It got a lovely bar with plenty of chairs at the waterfront and the marina. You can even rent and ride a swan (paddleboat). Ask for the Tretboot.

13 mi, Riol (R)

Camping Park Triolago: Amongst three little lakes. If you dislike pitching your tent, rent one of the big barrels to stay overnight. Up to two poeple fit in.
